To officially accept your school place and get started, we require some additional information from you. If you could please complete the following information that will confirm your place on the programme.

Your commitments

By accepting this fully funded place, we require you to commit to the following impact measurements and feedback processes:

Confirmation from SLT that they will advocate the programme for the 12 month duration of funding.

Agree that all staff will attend whole-school training before starting the programme.

Agree to cascade training materials to any staff who are unable to make the whole-school training.

Agree to provide feedback when required at various stages of the programme (details will be shared during training).

Agree to actively promote the programme with your parents and school families.

Agree to regularly access the content and sessions within the WellBeings learning platform and encourage your staff to do the same.

Allow us to use your feedback for promotional purposes.
